How do you know which category (creativity, action, service) your volunteer hours go into? And do you need a certain amount for each category or are the hours counted all together?

    • You are given the freedom to choose which category to count your hours under depending on the activity or which category you need more hours in.

Generally, Diploma candidates should have about 75 hours during each if their junior and senior years. Certificate candidates are given the freedom to do hours within areas their best at without a number of hours as a requirement.

If you’d like a detailed guide for CAS or want to meet with me to ask specific questions stop by my classroom, F8, or send me an email: clong@cousd.net
